10-Day Move-In Report
After your move-in, take a few days to get acquainted with your new home. Aside from ensuring you aren’t held responsible for someone else’s damage, this report helps us continue to improve the quality of our turns processes and services. Our easy online form will guide you through each category of a room allowing you to note the condition, make comments, and upload photos. Skip items that do not require reporting.
If you need a break or want to save your progress, select “Save” on the form and return later. At this point, we recommend creating an account in Jotform. Your draft will be saved in “My Drafts”. You will also recieve an email and a link to re-access the form using the same browser.
Once submitted, you will not be able to edit your answers. A copy of your answers will also be emailed to you after submission.

Only need to report a few items? You can skip items and sections and go straight to the few you need to report on!
Prefer something more tactile? Ask your Leasing Specialist for a paper form or print it at home.
