Event will be held both indoors and outdoors due to occupancy constraints and to allow for adequate spacing of booths. Because of this, HBBs and non-profits that can provide items directly related to the Valentine's theme will be booked first. (Shelf stable food or treats, gifts, crafts, Valentine's services, etc) Fresh/hot foodies will be allowed to participate only if adequate space remains. Vendors will be notified via email on Feb 3rd of the list of allowed attendees and alternates.
