Hosts Brittany and James Greene bring you on a fun and fantastic journey through nutrition and exercise. With a collective experience of over 10 years, Brittany has formal training in Olympic lifting and has her Crossfit Level 1 Certification. James is a Master Fitness Trainer in the Army and has a TRX Level 1 Certification as well as a National Academy of Sport Medicine CPT (certified personal trainer) Certification.

Class Synopsis

1st Hour: Functional Fitness Training with muscle and endurance building style movements, the absolute fastest way to burn calories.

2nd Hour: Hands on class for meal prepping, nutrition tips, and understanding macros.
