Learn Salsa with Jose! Incorporating movement in your daily activities not only burn calories, but helps us get through the mundane daily chores. This dance style helps to increase core strength while improving posture.
Please remember this series is a kid-free, low stress collaboration amongst spouses. Be sure to bring something to drink.
