Instructor background:
"I am a 3rd-degree Hapkido blackbelt certified with the Korea Hapkido Association. I began teaching martial arts in 2015 after I got my first blackbelt. I’ve worked with all ages in almost every environment: gyms, parks, beaches and mountain tops to name a few. I’ve learned that spreading the knowledge of martial arts and self defense has become one of my passions. Also, I am an elite personal trainer certified with the international sport science association (ISSA). Specializing in Sports Nutrition and Genetics Based faintness program design. I love helping my clients to become stronger healthier and better versions of themselves."
