Join us for a series of fun yet educational cooking classes where we’ll embark on a journey of healthy adventurous cooking! A registered dietician will touch on some cooking basics, supplies to have on hand, seasonal flavors, and healthy easy-to-prepare meals, thus giving you a basic understanding of what it means to be in the kitchen and sources for additional information to foster a lifetime of culinary growth!
