Constructed in two phases, Bitter Springs features desert-scaped streets mixed with mature trees and wide recreational alleyways between cul de sacs. Homes are close to one of our multi-purpose sports fields and within walking distance to one of the installation’s child care centers, Lewis Middle School, and Tiefort Intermediate School. A spacious laundry room, two car garage, covered backyard patio, ceiling fans, gas range/stove, cordless blinds and new central HVAC system are included. Google Nest Smart Thermostat, nickel hardware and fixtures, granite countertops, upgraded kitchen cabinets may also be available in some homes. All homes have a washer and 3-prong electric dryer up hook up with additional storage spaces.
