About the Tenant Bill of Rights
Congress recently passed legislation as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for the Fiscal Year 2020 (NDAA) that outlines the Tenant Bill of Rights containing a variety of rights designed to ensure that military service members and their families have access to safe, quality, and well-maintained homes and communities on DoD installations. The Villages at Fort Irwin is committed to the implementation of those rights in their entirety.
