What is Project Convergence? How will it affect services on post?

Project Convergence 22 is a special exercise the Army is conducting to test new and emerging technologies at the National Training Center. It will bring increased personnel to the installation and in the RUBA/RUFMA. Check out the video below explaining the impact it will have on Fort Irwin.

Additionally, MWR, Aafes, and the Commissary will have temporary new hours, see below. All food trucks will be staged in the RUBA/RUFMA at this time, however residents will be allowed to purchase from them. Our office will not have a change in hours or services. The only impact residents may notice is quite minimal. 20 Tiefort View Apartments have been set aside for integral personnel to rent for 30 days or more.
