New Survey Platform

As of Sunday, October 1st, resident surveys may look slightly different. We have partnered with a new survey platform, Satisfacts Research, which is similar to the current survey system, Birdeye.

Our goal remains the same- to provide the best service and value to our residents. Survey notifications will now be received from SatisFacts Research via email, and you will also have the capability to receive surveys via text at your choosing.
