Come one, come all!

This bazaar style fair will feature Fort Irwin’s home and online based businesses including personal services, food & beverage, custom crafts & printing, plus many more! Door prizes will be raffled off throughout the event duration. (Winners need not be present if raffle stub is filled out.)

Please remember the following guidelines and additional information:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

All vendors must provide proof of valid Fort Irwin MWR certification, NO EXCEPTIONS! Vendors in the process of completing all necessary forms may obtain a 1-day permit through MWR. https://irwin.armymwr.com/programs/commercial-solicitation

All vendors are required to completely clean their booth area at the end of the event. This includes wiping down the provided table(s) and vacuuming the floor area in front of and within booth area. Vendors failing to follow these guidelines risk exclusion from subsequent events.

DOOR PRIZES

This is a free event to attend and present wares, services, or information. We ask that all vendors donate to our Door Prize Raffles held throughout the duration of the event. Items should be at least $10 in retail value but not to exceed $30. Gift certificates may replace physical items.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

All food samples should be prepackaged. If not, the vendor agrees to provide proper sanitation and protective items such as towels, sanitizer bucket, gloves, tongs, napkins, toothpicks etc. Vendors must have a valid San Bernardino County Food Handlers Permit in the building. Vendors making use of the kitchen will be required to clean any and all areas used prior to leaving the premises.

SETUP

We will offer tables and chairs only. Table coverings are the vendors responsibility. Vendors may bring banners, signs, pop-up tents, special tables or display cases for their booth. If available, vendors may use additional outdoor signage. All displays, signage or other items should not interfere with vehicle traffic or in any way damage existing walls, fences, or any other property. In addition to setup Saturday morning from 10am- 1:30pm, vendors will be allowed access Friday evening 4pm- 6pm to set up booth areas. Time will be determined at a later date and posted on the Facebook or Villages at Fort Irwin Event Pages.
